How soon will my hafilat card be recharged after payment?
Most hafilat recharge transactions are processed immediately. However, during peak hours it might take up to 10-15 minutes for the balance to reflect on your card. You'll receive a confirmation notification once the transaction is complete.
What payment methods are accepted for hafilat recharge?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and select digital wallets for your convenience. All payment methods are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Is there a minimum or maximum recharge amount?
The minimum hafilat recharge amount is 10 AED and the maximum is 1,000 AED per transaction. If you need to add more credit, you can perform multiple transactions.
How can I check my card balance after recharging?
You can check your hafilat card balance through our online portal, at any recharge terminal across Abu Dhabi, or by contacting our customer service. The balance is also displayed when using the card at transit entry points.
What should I do if my hafilat recharge transaction fails?
If your transaction fails, please check if the amount has been deducted from your account. If deducted but not reflected on your card, contact our customer support with your transaction ID. Failed transactions are usually refunded within 3-5 business days.
